Thanks for all of the positive feedback on my first post. I heard from many of you about what you are doing to stay afloat in this market.
Another emerging market we are hearing about more often now, as a listing tool is property management. Basically, agents establish the relationships needed to keep up properties that are vacant – especially for short sellers. In other situations the property management service attracts lucrative multi-transaction investors. Often these investors are very interested in tenant acquisition – and that’s where helping renters comes in nicely.
I would love to hear from more of you on how you are creating new business in today’s housing market.
