Continuing the discussion of getting more sellers from your website and marketing.  The key is to have a plan.  Capture more listings when you:

Determine a timetable for your follow-up campaign.

Include a simple qualifying question on your website response forms by providing two check-off boxes:  “Planning to move in less than six months?” and “Planning to move in more than six months?”  Offer different information kits to each self-qualified group.

Sellers with different timelines to make their move have different needs and concerns. Cater to each lead individually to win their business when it comes time for them to list their home for sale.
