One thing to keep in mind is that no matter in what type of media you are marketing, be sure to keep it balanced.
If you’re comfortable with your online presence — that is, how you market, share and interact on your blog, website, as well as on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook — be sure you are also able to find those home buyers and sellers who do NOT go online. Think about your marketing mix in the offline world — direct mail, print advertising, etc.
Yes, there may be fewer and fewer people offline these days, but there still are some who are simply drawn to traditional advertising too. If you don’t reach for these buyers and sellers, someone else in your market will instead.
