It’s presumed anymore in our electronic age, that home buyers and sellers are not going to notice or respond to “snail mail” marketing. The question is, have you tested this assumption lately?
Think about your marketing plan for 2010. Provided you have a complete database to draw from (not just email addresses), you may want to try some marketing tests in the new year.
One way to get your prospect’s attention is to send them snail mail with a link to a microsite for their area. Try tying your web presence into your direct mail and see how interest — and return on your direct mail investment — increases.
