Listings: Often we hear real esate Rainmakers say the proportion of their buyer sides to listing sides shifted in the downturn. Buyers…most often generated from online search registration…became the largest portion of closed sides. Similarly listings…most often generated by relationships and direct marketing…slipped. Many are saying they intend to focus on generating listings more in 2010, working their relationships more with proven farming, prospecting, working a specific area or specific niche, such as first-time sellers.
