Every home seller is anxious about the price of their home…and their competition’s. Outline the different data you have available (recent sales, current listing, historical trends, regional information, etc.) to help sellers feel confident that the price they set for their home is realistic…and will get their home sold quickly and for the best price.
Buyers topic for your blog:
It’s always a good idea to review the home purchase offer process for your buyers. New visitors to your blog may not take the time to search your blog archives, so reiterate the services you provide to help buyers make that offer and buy they home that they want at the best price. Link to your favorite mortgage calculators or highlight local lenders who can help buyers get pre-qualified for a mortgage too.
