Black Friday (the big shopping day the day after Thanksgiving) has come and gone. Today is now known as Cyber Monday, the first Monday after Thanksgiving where online sales are often their biggest, kicking off the holiday shopping season.
Have you seen increased interest in home selling or buying on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Perhaps parents or other relatives are offering special monetary gifts to family members to use as a downpayment for a new home? Others may be starting their new year’s resolutions early to find that perfect new home, move-up, relocate or downsize?
