Negotiation.  Often times, after an offer comes in from a buyer, the seller isn’t quite ready to accept the offer as-is.  Explain the art of the counter-offer.  Provide examples of previous negotiations between the buyer and seller where the final outcome made everyone happy.  Showcase your negotiation skills and strategy to get homes sold for your sellers.

Buyers topic for your blog:

Mortgage rates are still near historic lows.  Direct buyers to their local mortgage lenders (perhaps you have a few you work with that you’d like to spotlight) to get pre-qualified before they start their home search with you.  Give examples or link to a handy mortgage calculator to show ballpark figures of what your home buyers can afford in today’s market.
