Discuss "green" improvements that sellers can make to their home that are quick and easy — and provide value when they convey with the home. Improvements that are simple to install and are visible "green" touches include compact flourescent bulbs, low-flow shower heads, etc. Make a list and link to local businesses which sell these products.
Buyers topic of the week:
Eligible first-time home buyers can qualify for up to an $8,000 federal tax credit. Be sure to remind buyers of this opportunity. (See yesterday’s blog post – May 30 – about the additional changes/advantages when buyers use the tax credit too!)
