It’s time to think a little outside the box and add value where ever you put your business name. When ever you advertise, what key elements do you include in that advertisement? Is there anything missing? Is there anything redundant? Look closely and examine what you include. Be sure that you do NOT drop your location (Harborview and Stonebridge, Portland, OR) — you don’t know who is seeing your advertisement. No matter what, there’s probably still a little room left in your advertisement for something more.

That something more can be adding a little blurb to educate home buyers or sellers, “Mortgage interest rates are at historical lows” or “Move-in ready house on Main Street is priced to sell” or even “# houses in [specific neighborhood or town] sold last month.” If you can add a little location-specific detailed info that educates, home buyers and sellers will see a little more value in your ad and can be encouraged to start a conversation with you.
